Why Use Coconut Oil?

Five reasons to use Coconut oil:

The price you pay for clothes

Welcome back guys, Sorry I have been away for a while, new job, new flat etc.

Anyway my focus today is on ways to get buy living in London and keeping your Wardrobe up to date.

Two Words: Charity Shops!

They are a very cost effective way to buy new clothes. In London you find a lot of the wealthier people will give a lot of clothes. These clothes are sometimes brand new with tags or hardly worn. Stick them in the washing machine and they are ready to go!

Obviously not all charity shops will have what you are looking for but if you frequent them during your lunch break you can pick up an absolute steal.

They are good for work shirts as a lot of the top makes give there older stock to charity shops for free.

I usually use Charity shops for smart shirts, denim jackets and the occasional coat.

For the basics to save money i use Primark or something similar for a T-shirt and a pair of jeans. £12 quid for both. Same material and quality as most £40-£50 pairs just without the “Brand” name you pay for.

Today’s Regime (Food/Exercise)

For breakfast I had:

2x Weetabix and 1 breakfast smoothie.

Forest fruits, 1x apple, 1x kiwi, 1/2 pineapple and a handful of spinach.

Lunch will consist of a tuna salad with Cashew nuts.

Exercise:

1x 3mile run.

40 Press ups x 40 Sit ups.

How is everyone’s exercise regimes going?

Saturday’s Exercise and eating

Hi Everyone thought I would start to blog regarding my exercise and eating regimes.

So here it goes….

Today is more of a relaxing regime with a 5 mile walk.

Breakfast:

1 nutribullet smoothie.

This included:

2x Kiwi
2x Apple
a handful of forest fruits
a handful of spinach

2 poached eggs on a slice of wholemeal bread.

Lunch:

Chicken salad with 300g chicken breast.

Mixed leaf salad.

Handful of Cashew nuts.

Dinner:

Chicken and Broccoli with Brown rice.

I think I will start to note my exercise and eating regime and post a few pictures from now on to make it more exciting.
