Breakfast was a simple one today, 2x weetabix (as usual) and an apple.
I have for the past 3 months of moving stop 1.8 miles from my workplace in the morning. This is to get a bit of fresh air and minor exercise to start the day with a positive outlook and I find it really does energise you. Any other ways to start your morning in the right way?
