Breakfast, Lunch and Fitness

Breakfast was the second half of my melon, kiwi and apple smoothie.

Combined with a handful of Pistachio nuts and 2x Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk.

Lunch is a Homemade tomato pasta with broccoli and 2x Turkey breasts.

For my fitness today it is a 4.4mile run.

Looking forward to getting the run in today as I am getting back my fitness run by run and I can see a constant improvement.
