After my run i really needed an energy boost so decided on a fruit packed smoothie. Probably a bit too much sugar from the fruit but it was amazing. Th ingredients are as follows:
– 2x oranges.
– 1x kiwi.
– 1x banana.
– 1/2 of a mango.
– A handful of raspberries.
This was a refreshing smoothie and possibly my favourite recipe to date. I will follow this up with my top 3 smoothies.
Anyone have suggestions on potential smoothies?
