Today’s Meal Plan and Exercise

Breakfast:

2x Weetabix

2x Orange

Lunch:

Pasta, homemade tomato sauce, Broccoli, spinach and prawns.

Dinner shall be a Spinach Omelette with a forest fruits , apple, kale and banana smoothie.

Fitness:

– 3 mile run with a .5 mile incline.

– 2x 12 wide press ups.

– 2x 30 crunches.
