today’s breakfast and a morning stroll

Hey everyone, I always make sure I get off the tube two-three stops early. This is just to wake me up a little in the morning and really helps to start the day on a positive note. Does anyone else ever do this?

Regarding breakfast,

I had 2x weetabix followed by a scoop of organic peanut butter and a banana, kiwi, spinach and berry smoothie.

This really does give you a fantastic platform to the day and start in a positive manner.
