6 way’s to make coffee healthier:

  1. Never add sugar to your coffee.
  2. Stick to regular filter coffee and try to avoid lattes and cappuccinos.
  3. Stick to two coffees maximum a day.
  4. Try not to drink coffee after 4pm as it will not help with your sleeping pattern as it is a stimulant.
  5. NEVER use sweeteners.
  6. Stick to black coffee over milky coffee.
