Health/Fitness update: Well I decided to start the fitness/healthy eating 28 day challenge due to pre-booked events this week and my love for pizza this weekend. However I managed 3x 7.5k runs thur/fri/sat + Gym session.
Will be doing two 10k’s today and tomorrow too.
Also Katie and I have decided to walk in the morning. Nearly 5 miles of walking each day can’t be too bad! Just need to keep the healthy eating at a strict level from 14th April… Will be difficult but beneficial to my run.
Any ideas on gym workouts to help with running and strength?
